falling down
London's been bombed.It's a big place, I don't think any of my friends were in that particular area, but still.
Also, they killed the Egyptian ambassador to Iraq. So much for diplomatic immunity.
There's a lot to be said for being up-to-date on current events, and I've been conscientiously trying to keep up with the news because it's part of my future job. On the other hand, whoever said ignorance is bliss was kind of telling the truth too.
